RJYG40-35烟道加热型沥青运输罐式集装箱，适用运输沥青、乳化沥青、改性沥青、PMB溶液及重燃油，设计标准GB/T16563-1996、ISO1496-3：1995。40FT外形尺寸：L=12192mm，W=2438mm，H=2438mm，额定容量35000L，整备质量7200kg，总质量41500kg。使用压力0.09Mpa，使用温度250℃。
40FT运输罐式集装箱罐体采用高品质隔热保温外壳并配备柴油燃烧器烟道加热管，可以使用燃烧器或其他加热器喷火加热沥青。配备沥青溢流管、防冒液呼吸阀、防老化顶置充氮阀、温度感应器、温度计、容量计和输出沥青的快速卸料阀及接耦。该箱采用内置式燃烧器加热结构并设置发电机、燃烧器、柴油储存桶、加热器控制箱。框架采用矩形结构钢材，质量轻强度大，适合于海路、公路、铁路的沥青中转运输。
